Mr. Rarick’s Mission Statement: I am proud of my profession, but I believe we must make fundamental changes in the way we serve our clients. Abraham Lincoln admonished young lawyers to “discourage litigation” whenever possible. All lawyers should heed these words. I also believe we have a duty to speak and write in plain English. These principles are summarized in the following personal commitment I make to each client:
- Reach settlement or trial as quickly as possible.
- Speak and write in plain English.
- Provide high quality legal service at a fair price.
